4. School Responsibilities

Educational institutions using HAGBA are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate school information.

  • Assigning appropriate user permissions.

  • Maintaining lawful use of student information.

  • Managing their educational and administrative records.

  • Obtaining required notices, permissions, or consents.

  • Ensuring that staff use the platform appropriately.

5. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Access another user's private information without authorization.

  • Interfere with platform functionality.

  • Upload malicious files or harmful content.

  • Misuse student, parent, or staff information.

  • Use the platform for harassment or unlawful activities.

  • Attempt to bypass security controls.

6. Subscription and Payments

Schools may subscribe to HAGBA according to available service plans.

Subscription fees, billing periods, included features, and renewal conditions are determined by the applicable agreement.

Any applicable cancellation and refund terms should be disclosed before purchase and must comply with relevant laws.

7. Intellectual Property

HAGBA's original software, branding, interfaces, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users and educational institutions receive permission to use the platform according to their subscription or service agreement.

Ownership of school-uploaded information and educational materials is governed by applicable agreements and law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Users must respect the confidentiality of student, parent, and staff information.

HAGBA processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement with the educational institution.

9. Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service.

Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious violations of these terms, unauthorized activities, or security threats.

Where appropriate, users or educational institutions will be notified.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HAGBA is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse, unauthorized changes to records by school personnel, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
